09:15 – 09:35 Get to know each other (everybody including organizers may give a one minute introduction of themselves)
09:35 – 10:30 Madness paper talk (11 papers, 5 mins for each paper)
10:30 – 11:00 Coffee Break
11:00 – 11:25 Madness paper talk (5 papers, 5 mins for each paper)
11:25 – 12:30 Group discussion: Participants will freely choose one among the three topics, and remain to the same group till the end:
- Issues and Best Practices in Usage
- Design and Evaluation Methods
- Emerging Applications & Technology
12:30 – 14:00 Lunch (all organizers and attendees together)
14:00 – 14:30 Group discussion (with same moderators and topics)
14:30 – 15:00 Report (group moderators will summarize their findings, 15 mins each)
15:00 – 15:30 Coffee Break
15:30 – 15:45 Report (remaining panel group moderator will summarize findings, 15 mins)
15:45 – 16:15 Wrap up on what the future might look like on mobile interaction of elderly, actions for follow-up activities.
